The American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay is a local, not-for-profit, volunteer driven, humanitarian relief organization, guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, that provides assistance to victims of disasters and helps prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
The American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay, founded in 1905 and one of the ten largest Red Cross chapters in the nation, is responsible for providing services across 127 cities and towns in eastern Massachusetts with a combined population of nearly four million.
The American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay offers many exciting and rewarding volunteer opportunities and we are always looking for new volunteers to join the ranks.
